Lounge – Extremely spacious, south facing with 3 large widows overlooking the front (Original wooden shutters). Comfortably seats 8 guests in large comfy sofas plus 2 easy chairs. Flat screen Digital TV and DVD player (Sky coming soon). Plenty of information leaflets and local tourism brochures included. 1 sofa coverts into small double bed (Pocket sprung mattress).

Dining Room – Extremely spacious, south facing with 2 large widows overlooking the front (Original wooden shutters) 2 dining tables - Can accommodate 10 guests. (High chair available upon request) Plenty of storage place. Beautiful space for entertaining.

Kitchen - South facing with large window overlooking the front (Original wooden shutters). Fully equipped and includes all modern conveniences, plus full washing, drying and ironing facilities.

Complimentary Starter pack (Tea towels, cloths, washing up liquid, washing powder and toilet paper) and Hospitality tray (Assorted teas, coffee, hot chocolate, horlicks, sugar, biscuits and fresh milk). If required - Luxury hampers can be arranged.

Bedrooms – Rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated with special touches.
Luxury Bedding sets including a range of quilts and pillows (Duck feather and Down and anti-allergy) throws, cushions, Egyptian cotton linen, lamps and light fittings. Hairdryer, radio alarm clock / CD player. All rooms have plenty of storage space. Both double rooms have room for a cot if required.

Bedroom 1 – Double (King size bed). Very spacious, South facing, 2 large windows overlooking the front (Original wooden shutters). Double wardrobe, large set of drawers, mirror and trouser press.

Bedroom 2 – Twin (Bunk beds) Accessed via bedroom 1. Tall set of drawers, lamp and full length mirror. Small room with no window.

Bedroom 3 – Double (King size) Spacious, north facing. 1 Large window overlooking rear. Double wardrobe, large set of drawers and full length mirror. En-suite shower room with toilet.

Pull out sofa bed (Lounge) - Sofa converts into small double bed. (Pocket sprung mattress).

En-suite shower room - Shower cubicle with toilet. Heated towel rail. Complementary towels and toiletries.

Bathroom – Heated towel rail. Luxury bath, hand and face towels, plus bath mats. Hospitality tray with complimentary soaps, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, cotton wool and buds.

Utility room – Offers full washing, drying and ironing facilities. 3rd toilet. (Accessed from landing outside Joseph Apartment)
