- Minimum 2 night stay available in low seasons (Minimum price £300.00 for 6 guests; £340.00 for 7 guests; £380.00 for 8 guests)
- Minimum 3 nights stay at all other times
- Pay 3 nights – get 1 free (4th night free - all year round – contact owner for free night)
- Pay 4 nights – get 2 free (5th and 6th night free - all year round – contact owner for free nights)
- Last minute reductions available – contact owner for reduction

A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking which will be deducted from your final account, payable 8 weeks before arrival.
We accept payment by cheque, BACS transfer or credit / debit card.
Cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee if we are unable to re-let the holiday dates. For this reason we strongly recommend you take out personal holiday insurance at the time of booking.
